Upon booking, 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken 

and remaining balance is due 21 days prior to check-in

CANCELLATION POLICY

 If YOU CANCEL YOUR reservation less than 21 days from YOUR arrival date, you will be charged the full amount for your ORIGINAL stay.

PET POLICY

We are a pet friendly property and welcome YOUR 

four-legged family members on a space available basis.

THERE IS a FLAT Pet fee OF $50.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash while outside

• PETS MUST NOT BE lEFT unattended in YOUR room

• YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET OUTSIDE

​Any pet damage will result in a $250 fee

charged to your payment method on file.

SMOKING POLICY

Lake City Lodge is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited in the cabins and ON the property. Smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee being charged to your payment method on file.
